Privacy policy
Castin is a casting platform for talent and clients in Algeria. This policy explains what the iOS and Android apps collect, why, and how to delete it. Castin is not for anyone under 16.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email, phone, password, city, and date of birth or age.
- Profile content you upload: photos, videos, skills, languages, measurements, and a short bio.
- Work records: applications, offers, messages, contracts, and invoices.
- Sign in with Apple or Google identifiers, if you use those buttons.
- A push token for this device, so we can send offers, messages, contracts, and payment alerts. You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings.
What we do not collect
We do not sell your data. We do not track you across other companies’ apps. We do not store your card number. Phone numbers and social links stay hidden from other users until a contract is signed.
Who can see it
Logged-in clients can see a talent book that is set to public. Only you and Castin can see your email and phone until you sign a contract. Castin staff can access an account to operate the service, answer support, and handle reports of abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while you use Castin. When you delete it, we remove your name, email, phone, photos, and messages from the live product. Signed contracts stay on record without your contact details, because those agreements still have to be honoured.
Delete your account
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete my account. Confirm. The account is removed immediately. You can also email contact@castingalgerie.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
