Terms
These terms cover the Castin app. By creating an account you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
Who can join
You must be 16 or older. Talent accounts are for people who want to be cast. Client accounts are for people and companies who hire talent. One person, one account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and messages you upload. You give Castin permission to show that content inside the app to the people your settings allow. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, and do not upload anything illegal, abusive, or sexual involving a minor.
Safety
You can report a person or a message from the app, and you can block an account so they cannot write to you. Castin reviews reports and can remove content or close an account.
Contracts and pay
A booking is agreed in the app. The client pays the amount written on the contract. Castin does not take a cut of the talent’s cachet. Phone numbers stay hidden until that contract is signed.
Closing an account
You can delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes your profile and contact details. Contracts that were already signed remain valid.
